Sleep Creep

Sleep is creeping,
creeping up on me,
after playing hide and seek,
for a week,
with the neurons in my head,
leaving headaches,
to wreck my thoughts,
for a week,
but after the little pill,
sleep is creeping,
creeping up on me.
